Best excuse you say to tell people your not on Gear!

Sorry but this is a load of BS. The only person that would have any idea about this stuff is a fellow bodybuilder and obviously it doesn't matter what they think. When you say this to for instance a relative or your parents they are just gonna look at you like your speaking a foreign language and still think you on gear.

Bullshit!

1) Lead off with the old "I just broke a 10-year training rut and totally redid my routine" -- that works as a starter

2) Then go to the "well, that made me re-think my entire diet (cite something bad you supposidly did, like never ate after 8 pm before, or overlooked natural protein sources and overdid it with protein shakes and bars)"

3) Then finish-off with the old... "and finally, I really re-examined my sources of stress. I got a few monkies off my back at home and at work, and made a point to trade one additional hour of TV watching for bona fide, in-the-bed-lights-out sleep -- and I've never felt better!!!!"

Well, my relatives bought my 3-part story just great! I was running about 225 lbs at 14-ish percent bodyfat, started Test Cypo + HGH and 12 weeks later, I was 239 at under 10% (in all fairness, it was my first cycle ever). Parents, sister, my in-laws and my friends at the gym just kept noticing how whereas I looked "soft" before there seems to be these two new network of veins running up each bicep, across my shoulders and into each pec.

Who's parent can't understand something this simple? "Oh, mom I used to be really paranoid about eating in the evenings, so I wouldn't touch food after about 7:30 PM. I decided to just go for it and I drank these huge protein shakes every single night for 10 weeks straight. Instead of getting fat like I thought I would, it gave me more nutrients to grow and I gained 10 lbs. That's a whole pound a week and I didn't get fat!"

This is cake.

haha exactly, how many of these guys are juicing and you cant even tell... i know when i'm on, my buddies definitely notice, they dont care either cause they know i research my shit and do it w/out hurting myself. parents notice too, and i came clean about most of it... i usually wait until they say something then tell them i just did a few weeks of orals to build up my blood cell count. they dont judge me, i guess i'm lucky that way.
all of these posts have been pretty good info though.
