best diet for vegetarian bodybuilder

I'm looking to do more of a vegetarian bodybuilder diet. I know a couple people who said it really worked out well for them. I'm wondering what are the best recommended foods that you recommend if I want to try this and how much protein do you think I really need?
 
My main protein sources are :
- whey
- seitan
- tofu
- legumes (lentils, beans …)

I easily get 180-220g per day. I went up to 300g once so protein isn’t an issue. The main issue is the fiber content and low calorie density so be careful.
 
Nothing wrong with a vegetarian diet. Lots of people do it. You can definitely get away with lots of eggs and lots of dairy. Raw cheese is really good.
 
You're going to have to depend on non-animal protein powder options, or you can do whey protein powder. I think for vegetarians, that is safe to do.
