Best Cold Medication Out There?

I woke up today and feel sick. Head cold, chest feels tights, body hurts, etc..

What is out there that I can take? Daytime and Nighttime?

You're gonna get al ot of answers out there but I always liked the tylenol cold tablets. They do a good job w/ my nose and headaches

I like the Theraflu or Alka Seltzer plus cold medicine that you mix in warm water. Or the liquid filled capsules like tylenol cold as a second choice. They hit you much faster than pills..
