Best cardio for fat loss

What is the best cardio for fat loss,not weight loss.Its hiit or slow steady jogging?I want to drop some fat ,but not muscle.My diet is 90% clean,i focus on gaining strength.I have higher carbs day on lifting days and lower on nonlifting day.
 
Intervals do the best for me bro. Like in running on a track, run the curves hard and fast then walk the str8 to (kinda) catch my breath.
 
do your resistance training,

then low intensity for 20-40 minutes.. hr no higher than 110.. your weight training depletes your glycogen stores, so thus it's just like doing am cardio in a fasted state..

consume bcaa in between going from the weights to the cardio..

you can either burn glycogen or fats... you decide..
 
Just read recently that a study showed that in two groups one was doing light cardio 30 - 60 minutes three times a week and the other ran 6 sets of 30 second springs and 4 minute rests 3 times a week.

The sprinters lost 3 times as much bodyfat.
