I really don’t have to much experience in this honestly, But I know is that there is a lot of controversy is using it. If you don’t have a problem with injections I know Amino asylum has an injectable BCAA if you want to go that route. I haven’t used their products before so I’m not sure if it’s really worth it. It’s a thought tho.
