benching 600x3 RAW

glen chabot had another pec tear a while ago doing 725 raw. I am willing to believe that he really was strong enough to do it...Goddamn injuries...

nice vid, my favorite part is how the bar looks like it is going to snap every time there is a change in direction....

Maybe cable curls are the key to huge bench...

Spatts any input?

wow...heard he was going to into WWE last i heard. i saw those vids of him doing 600 for 3(which was easy!) and him doing 650 for one just as easy. i hope someday to do that myself. he looks awesome!! tb

Glen uses a very different form that what most power lifters are teaching now, but he seems to have no trouble with it... Other than the pec tears but that is probably just bad flexibility.

i see that. but shit...he made those lifts look easy!! tb

its a good video.

i also like the one at irongame.com where ryan kennelly benches 600 raw for 2 reps with no belt or wrist wraps.

i think glen chabot would be one of the best benchers today if he had changed his setup and benched shirted more often. he was very strong but i think his technique got him injured. just maxing raw isn't really safe either
