T tropo Banned Dec 22, 2007 #2 If you're a bodybuilder you should go for 5 or 6. Obviously if you're testing yourself you may only manage 4, but that's the way you're going to get stronger. When you can manage 6, put the weight up very slightly.

jumpmaster82 Well-known member Dec 22, 2007 #4 depends on what your trying to do. but regardless i think 6 sets is to much on any exercise.
