bench press elbow

So lately when I have been benching, right before I get the bar fully up, my elbow feels really weird and wont extend completely until it pops. This only happens once when bench pressing and then I'm fine for the rest of the sets. Does anybody experience anything like this? What should I do about it?
 
I used to have the same problem, and it was more annoying then anything. I started using a heat rub and stretching before every workout and it stop popping after a coupel of weeks. I never did go to the Dr. I hope it works for you, if it does'nt maybe get it looked at before it turns more serious.
