i was starting that new routine i came up with untill i got sick about 10 days ago.. i still ate alot, just no super heavy lifitng, some machines to get the blood moving and such. im trying to bounce back starting today, i felt good, just my endurance is a lil off. i only got 315 for 7 on flat press. anyway, who was or just got over being sick, damn flu season
