Is the only way to go!

Taking care of my sick dad who is staying with us from out of town because he can't live alone has worn me to a frazzle.

I haven't worked out or been eating healthy.

Anyway, all of you have really helped me out this week. C&C has been a huge part of my sanity.

Oh, for the record: I love my dad and am so glad he's here. It's just really taxing that's all. I'm sure I'll be in tears when he leaves. :(

You have nothing but my sentiments for your father.
I've seen some conditions of it, but not that anyone who was close...
We should be thanking you for keeping our sanity together.
