...shoulder presses. just a question, how far down you guys go usually? i fucked up my rotator cuff on my left shoulder a few years ago and i cant go all the way down but go about to where my ears line up because any lower aggravates my shoulder. is this not low enough and am i just wasting my time doing this exercise without full contraction? ive heard youre not supposed to go all the way down on this exercise anyways, but any opinions?

behind the neck press all the way down to 1 millimetre above my upper back area

best exercise for me i believe

worthless exercise.

risk outweighs benefits IMO.

take em to the front and keep your elbows a bit tucked in front of you and you shouldnt have any more rotator issues.

True, unless like me your shoulders sit really far back so the motion is more natural. I feel pain in my shoulders when I do front presses unless I lean back a lot.
