Beginning 7th week on Test

I'm beginning my 7th week on Test Sustanon, at 2ccs of 300mg.
I am 42 years old, 5'7 1/2", 186 lbs., with 11% body fat.

I've seen some muscle gain but little body fat loss. My diet has been regular, nothing super strict, cardio of waling at 3.5mpr for 30 minutes 5 days per week.

Any advice? Should I incerase ccs? increase cardio? or get a sctricter diet?
 
Sus is a compound more suited to bulking imo, but you can cut on it, diet dictates your gains drop the cals and do 45 mins fasted cardio each morning

Everyone's a little different (or a lot). I'm on my 7th week of a cycle, sus included. I didn't start (unmistakenly) feeling it until last week. Now I feel like Superman. Keep your diet on point and train hard. It's not the compound.

You definately don't need to increase the juice. 600mg of test per week is plenty.

The dosage is fine, increasing won't make a difference (steroids aren't magic ,as some may think, it's just icing on the cake.)Increase cardio, better yet do fasted morning cardio on an empty stomach 10 hrs after your last meal, If you're doing the same routine Training for over 4 months,it's time to change and switch things up.
