Anyone able to show the proper timing sequence for combining food, workouts, GH injections, slin injections and IGF-1 injections? How does it all come together? (what to shoot first and when to shoot things)
Anyone able to show the proper timing sequence for combining food, workouts, GH injections, slin injections and IGF-1 injections? How does it all come together? (what to shoot first and when to shoot things)
Well, i'm not seeing a lot of integrated IGF-1, slin, GH plans. Bits and pieces abound, but no one has something like:
Time X: Workout done
Time X+0 : Protein shake, low sugar
Time X+15 : shoot slin
Time X+45: shoot GH
Time X:60: shoot IGF-1
Time X+120: safe to eat again
