Im near 6'1 and weight about 150 lbs. Ive been workin out for the last 3-4 years but only in the last 4 months has it been consistent and hardcore. Ive been taking creatine with HMB and have seen decent results. I eat a good diet and have around 11% body fat. Ive heard from a good number of people that Winny would give me a good 7-10lbs of lean muscle and decrease my body fat by 3-4%. What do you guys think? Is it worth it? Good Stack
