Im near 6'1 and weight about 150 lbs. Ive been workin out for the last 3-4 years but only in the last 4 months has it been consistent and hardcore. Ive been taking creatine with HMB and have seen decent results. I eat a good diet and have around 11% body fat. Ive heard from a good number of people that Winny would give me a good 7-10lbs of lean muscle and decrease my body fat by 3-4%. What do you guys think? Is it worth it? Good Stack

This isnt what you want to hear but at 150 you can add 7-10lbs without gear. Eat and train right, revise your routine and diet. You dont need gear. Wait until you're at your full natural potential. How old are you?

bro if your 6'1 and at 150lbs after working out for 3-4 years a cutting cycle is not what you need, you'd prob need to do at least one bulking cycle just to put a little weight on you and then worry about cutting. Just my opinion, others can disagree.

Need to know details about diet, workout before any gear questions. Gear should be the absolutely last thing you tweak your training with...once everything else is near perfect, then you should consider thinking about maybe lokking into getting some INFORMATION...about getting gear :devil:
