I respect all the posts made in here, BUT don't just take the ones you WANT to hear and ignore the rest.
IMHO, dbol is not the answer for you. You want strength and cut. If you're not going to go inject, then I would recommend tbol or var for you. BUT I still think you have to examine the other aspects (diet training) first if you get sore like you say you do. Either your training is not preparing your body well, or your diet is not supplying the appropriate nutrients for recovery. Without diet and training, AAS isn't going to perform well for you.
Additionally, you will WANT to have a much better PCT than just nolva. PCT is very important, unless you don't mind a strong chance of losing everything you gained, blowing back up due to estrogen, and feeling like crap because your test levels are low.
Which comes full circle for you - it's not cheap.
