Beginner to D-Bol

Haven't been lifting consistantly since July of last year. I was using creatine then and just got busy and sort of tapered off on lifting. I'm starting up again this week to get in shape for summer and hopefully I keep the consistent lifting going. Anyway, I hear from friends that D-Bol provides excellent gains but I need to know what kind of dosage to start with and if there's anything I should take it with to minimize sides and to maximize gains. I am more conerened with upper body gains more than anything so would a good routine be everyday one day doing back and biceps, 2nd day chest and tris, 3rd day shoulders? Or do that routine but switch muscle groups every other day to have a day of re-coop inbetween? Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks a lot, I'm really liking the forum by the way.

Ur only gonna use d-bol?> U need to do some research first. It aint just what u take u need to know how to come of ( pct )

Read, read and read. Then make an educated desicion.

P.s. I have been here for weeks and I still am gathern info for my cycle.
 
Get back in the swing of things, if your looking to get in shape, you dont need any d-bol.

Ok, I've just only been a creatine guy before and really am choosing D-Bol from friends who have taken it and really bulked up. What would be good to use with D-Bol. I'm 6'2" 185 pounds by the way right now considering that will have something to do with how much D-Bol to take.
 
D-bol and test. If its ur 1 st cycle 20 mg ed 1-4 weeks and test ( something like sust 250) ew 1-12 weeks then follow with pct clomid ,nolva, Hgh

HGH=Human Growth Hormone
HCG=Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin

HCG for Post Cycle Therapy
HGH not for Post Cycle Therapy

Just lookin out for you, bro..
 
eat more and train harder...........i'd give yourself time and get serious with working out. Dbol is not a miracle drug.

20-30mg/ED for about 4-5 weeks will put the weight on (mostly water and hard to keep)
better get yourself something for PCT............i would throw some test in there if you actually want to do it the right way
 
Thanks for the help so far. That's the plan brandon is too get a steady base before I start taking anything besides protein. So for my cycle... 20-30mg/ed 4-5 weeks of d-bol. Some SOMATROPH HGH to go along with it and then get some clomid and nolva for PCT. I actually might just do a cycle of creatine before I do this cycle.

i'm not really sure as far as dosage. but as for your work out take it from someone who put on alot of solid gains in a short time, naturally. do big muscle groups like your back all by them self. then do small muscle groups like shoulders and biceps on a spit day.

Bro.......not a flame, just good solid advice. Don't do any gear!....you are not ready....this is obvious from the questions you are asking. First off, do some more reading about working out.............then get a good muscle base naturally. In about 2-3 years you can start planning your first cycle.

First tid-bit of info for you.....you can't get big without working legs.....and who wants chicken legs anyway!!!

Second.......spend the next year doing SQUATS, DEADLIFTS, and FLAT BENCH PRESSES!!!

Then spend the second year doing SQUATS, DEADLIFTS, and FLAT BENCH PRESSES!!! Get the picture?
 
Go with a 8 week cycle of dbol and cypionate like this:

Wk # 1-6 25mg dbol tabs every day
Wk # 1-8 Cypionate 200mg every day

man, that is way you too much for a first cycle......500mg/wk of Test is PLENTY! plus, the no need to run the dbol over 5 weeks, by then the test will be kicking in and give the liver a break
 
i got a feeling this guy is wanting to stay away from the shots and only take orals, and we all know he is gonna do what he wants no matter what we say....that being said we might as well help him with a dball dosage....i'd be he has already bought them...

20mg per day week 1
25mg per day week 2
30mg per day weeks 3-5

that should yield some nice gains, although i too would recommend taking some test with it

I am looking for a steroide to go one for just a month to get a quick boost, work is killin me, and i dont have the time to go at it like i did. I do 4 times a week, and i am beginning to loose my gains. I am more or less looking for a weak steroide, that will just make me a bit stronger and cut a bit. nothing extream, but oral would be prefered. thanks for your help.

diet and try to get more sleep! steroids is not the answer in this case.
 
yeh, steroids probably not your answer here, i wouldn't do them until i COULD give it all i had and make the most out of workouts, they are NOT a crutch, and they shouldn't be used to make up for lack of effort/time elsewhere. and dball will NOT make you look cut, diet will do that, dball will prbobably do the opposite, make you look smoother and rounder due to the water retention

This sounds like way too much work. Can't I just pop a few pills and look like Arnold in a few weeks? I don't wanna get "too big." :verygood:
