Anyone here who would concider themselves to be an EXCELLENT source of information for a beginner - I mean someone who really knows the ins and outs of bodybuilding and steriods and has the bod to prove it?

Be careful who you listen to, you can tell by the quality of their posts, as for the bod to prove it, you don't have to have a killer bod to prove it, but quadsweep has proven his knowledge and his physique, along with fonz, 2Thick, Huck, and a lot of others including macro. You can find everything you need here, FOR FREE too, just ask and take your time, no need to buy any rediculous books to learn what one man calls the TRUTH
