Well this week I will begin to workout, Ive worked out before for months at a time but never stuck with it due to schedule problems....now I have the time for it...I'm 19 5'10" 170 and aprox 20% BF....I am interested in supplements tho that would help me lose fat! And also a seperate supplement to tone up and or build muscle...the main thing though is fat loss! anyway responses would be great, PMs too would be helpfull
