Actually, that's a recent picture.

He's not that out of shape, really, but downsizing his muscle mass appears to have left him with a lot of loose skin.

It's simple really. He's an old man now. He was using roids while acting in all his films. Maybe not much, certainly not as much as when he competed, but enough to support quite abit of muscle mass.

But, he's still got better genetics than anyone on this board. It's obvious he isn't on the juice anymore because he doesn't have to be. His physical appearance at this point is no longer vital to his career. If he were to hop on some roids now I bet within 1 month you would be like WTF! That's how fast he would start to transform.
