breakfast: 3-4 eggs, oats, OJ, sausage or bacon
mid morning: whey
lunch: usually 2 turkey or roast beef sandwiches, fruit cup, beef jerky, etc (i work construction so a good lunch is hard)
mid afternoon: whey
dinner: usually a pound of either chicken or read meat, rice, potatoes, bread
PWO: whey
pre bed: 3-4 eggs, tall glass of milk
