before and after cycle pics

i dont know bro its seems like you might hve been able to diet a loittle better nd got mor size! the onpy difference i cn tell is it looks like you gained about an inch+ in your arms

def good progress, but also def need to work on that diet-I understand it can be hard working construction and dietiing but where there is a will there is a way
 
congrats on your gains but with what you were using imo you shouldve had better gains,,just being honest. It takes balls to post your pics for that i give you k bro
 
I have trouble noticeing things sometimes, but maybe if the pictures where size to side I could tell more, but im having trouble seeing the gains. im not trying to diss you or anything, you look good, and got balls for posting it here.

delts and arms mainly. i see a big difference in the delts. and im HUGELY self-critical, ive studied the pics.
 
lookin great.

keep up those deadlifts to get your lower back looking tight. Also I would encorperate some amount of oblique work.
