Here are some before and after pics of my abs. I would like some feedback on them. Can anyone tell a difference?

This one was taken on July 4:

This was taken tonight:

I would like to know what else I could do to get them to show. I know eating clean will do that and I am eating clean so what else can I do? Oh yeah what I can I do about the bumps too?

U need to bulk not lean out IMO

using a thermogenics?

I play tennis most days but I guess that's not enough. I'm gonna start running tomorrow. I need to anyways cause school is getting ready to start back and that means cross country will be starting soon. What's thermogenics?

bumps?

your still small, eat and lift

:) Seriously, I can't see a differance. With a close in picture and a picture taken 3-4 feet away, it makes it difficult to notice a change. Take the pictures at the same distance and tell us what you did to make a change.

Yeah I know. I was thinking the same thing after I posted this. I might do that or wait a little longer.

are we allowed to be honest here? you look exactly the same. worry LESS about your abs and more about adding some upper body muscle.

monty, you look better in the second one. Not dramatic, but better.

What are you doing to work them - what does your lifting routine look like? How are you eating?

I'm currently doing I guess you would call them leg lifts on a bench, what I do is that lay on a bench with my butt hanging off a little and I lift my legs up and pull my butt of the floor. I'm also doing flutter kicks and "hello dollies" (you may not know what those are so ask if you don't and I will explain) and then I do weighted crunches. I just started cross country practice yesterday so I'm running everyday. I'm watching my diet pretty well too.

You need to stop watching your diet, and eat as much as you can until you feel like puking. Then eat more (but don't puke).

At the same time as this, LIFT FREE WEIGHTS. No machines. Lift as heavy as you can for either 3x sets of 8-10 reps or 4x sets 4-6 reps. The last set should be a struggle.

Learn the proper technique to Bench Press (not machines ... remember), Deadlifts, and Squats (do NOT use the smith machine)!

Then after you have the form down, you can start adding more weight.
