Well i finally got around to posting the pics form my cycle, i know a lot of You bros out there said i should not have odne a cycle.
But for those of you who didnt read that, i did 200mg of Decca and put on over 24lbs! bench went up from 80kg for 4reps, to 100kg for 7reps last night(and i been off for 4weeks)

Well let me know what you think guys and what i should do next, bulk up more over the winter?

you did put on some size..but i think you add alot of size around the midsection....i think you should work on your diet and cardio for you next cycle...i say build up some lean body mass first then come back with another mass cycle...lata g..
 
no offense but i dont see much of a difference. you just look greasier in the after pic. you definitely need to work your abs though
 
What the hell are some people thinkin taking roids. You could have made better results had you gone to the gym naturally and cleaned up your diet :worried:
 
i did see a difference in your stomach. if those are the results you get from a cycle then i never want to do one. work that stomach and eat clean.
 
Well my strength went up a lot during this cycle but my diet was shit i agree. just wanted Kcals instead of quality. Well im gonna do another cycle i think with the same dosage and imporve on diet.. to clean myself up..

O well must be the roids in me making me think i did a good cycle..:(

Bro, I hardly doubt your Deca cycle attributed to 24lbs of anything... maybe 3-4. What I see here is you ate a buncha shit and worked out harder than normal... 200mg/week of Deca obviously cant make someone gain that much, so I think you gained about 18-20lbs of fat based on those pics. Next time, eat 3500-4000cals of CLEAN foods, and run AT LEAST 500mg/week of Test and instead of Deca, use AT LEAST 600mg/week of EQ (I didnt notice shit using 400mg..now im at 600mg and can feel it!)

I dont want to put u down tho dude.. and sorry if I offended you. No harm intended, but you looked good in the before pics! :D
 
bro i can see the differance in quads/pecs also u gained some back/shoulder width , wich is very good !
the problem is that u may loose some of this gaine while dieting , so i advise u to do a cutting cycle ,
