Bro, I hardly doubt your Deca cycle attributed to 24lbs of anything... maybe 3-4. What I see here is you ate a buncha shit and worked out harder than normal... 200mg/week of Deca obviously cant make someone gain that much, so I think you gained about 18-20lbs of fat based on those pics. Next time, eat 3500-4000cals of CLEAN foods, and run AT LEAST 500mg/week of Test and instead of Deca, use AT LEAST 600mg/week of EQ (I didnt notice shit using 400mg..now im at 600mg and can feel it!)

bro i can see the differance in quads/pecs also u gained some back/shoulder width , wich is very good !
the problem is that u may loose some of this gaine while dieting , so i advise u to do a cutting cycle ,
