It's true.
I may not post much, but I know it's a verified statement.
If you were to use ALR's theory of using the body's desire to reach homeostasis, you can probably double the effectiveness of most cycles. Start with a little background in training (i.e. you were bigger at some point in the past) add some quality cycles with easy access to gear, slin, GH, recovery agents, a steady intake of 400 plus grams of protein per day (even in the middle of the night) and WHAM -- you're big and shredded. (Takes some money though.)
Your body turns over a lot of lean muscle mass each day. If you change the ratio of anabolism vs. catabolism, and averaged only a 2lb per week gain, you would put on an additional 100lbs in just a year. (Keep in mind that the chemicals will alter your genetic limit to some extent, but you would be limited to your genetic potential, so many people would taper off before 100 lbs.)
Probably a tough process on your body. But it can be done.
