We all know alcohol has adverse effects on the body. How bad would it really be if you had a beer or two after a workout? I'm pretty sure I'm going to get blasted for asking this, but I think we've all wanted a beer when we know we shouldn't.
the effects would vary from person to person. if you are a 21yo ecto or mesomorph who is used to alcohol nothing. if you are usually low on energy and middle aged probably a lot.
