Been "off" for a while.....

And i'm looking to start back. Being that i have not done a cycle in 3 years i still have been working out and doing alot of martial arts recently. My situation is in August i was in the best shape of my life until i got tennis elbow really bad and had to get a cortizone shot. Well prior to doing this i has stopped working out and training MA for about 6 weeks. After the shot i made some small attempts to get back in the gym but never did so on a consistent basis so i would go for 2 weeks then stop for 2 weeks. Well now that xmas is over and i can get my life back on track with the gym i was curious about how long should i workout (consistently) before i start back on the juice. I was thinking like 6-8 weeks or so and see how my body is feeling. Anyone else have a suggestion. I already have my cycle in front of me and it consists of Primotesten, prop., and deca with airmidex. I plan on running a 8 weeks cycle of 750mg/wk Primotesten, 300mg/wk Prop., and 200mg/wk deca (i know more would be nice but it is what i have). I really appreciate all information and advise.
 
i would work out without gear for 3-6 months. your body will respond great without it. then hit it up. primotesten and prop? i hope you are only using the prop to kick start the cycle.
 
You should get back close to where you were three years ago pretty quickly!! I think muscle memory play a big role. I would give your self 3-6month like all traps said and see what happens. It will give your tendon, ligaments ect..ect.. time to build up before you hit the sauce. I don't think you are doing yourself any favors by starting back on gear too soon. Good luck
