been off for 3 years(MY START BACK CYCLE)

OK like I said I've been off gear for alittle over 3 years and out of the gym also. But I start back in the gym 3 months ago, well if any of you gays have done this you want back on gear(I can't stand it)lol... I'm in check with workout and as far as good health. I just don'e know if I should go somewhat big or small. Plan is EQ and Enan. no orals... now,,,, do I want 750mg of test and 600mg eq or do I go small 500 test 400 eq for 12 weeks. I have ran over a gram of test before in my day so I can handle it..haha age 29 weight 220 middle BF I don't know but not fat.. will run normal PCT and Arimidex thought whole cycle with Nolva on stand by..

If you have only been back into working out for a short period of time, I think it would be best to get your connective tissues and stablizers up to par. If you do choose something by way of ergogenics, stick with test only perhaps since it has been a while. There is kill and there is overkill. You can kill the wallet and make the gains or overkill the wallet and make the same gains. If you insist on stacking then go low with the 500 test and 400 eq.
 
i say , 500 test week 1-16 , and 400 eq week 1-14, just the eq takes a while to build up, not much difference between 400 eq and 600, and only run the adex if ur gyno prone or get symptons that stuff killed my cycle so i stopped cause i didnt need it
 
my blood work is fine I get it done every 6 months. I'm not a newbie by any means lol But that was the plan to go 500 test and 400 eq. I'm just thinking like I did 3 years ago.lol I have got gyno before so I'll be on the look out for that..

my advice....
do a short 6 week cycle to get you in the swing of things...
test prop 150mg eod 6 weeks
var 60mg ed 6 weeks

do that to get yourself ready for the next one

take 9 weeks off then hop on the big one...
that way you can get some good results but keep it at a minimum..then give it the 9 weeks to let your body adjust to what you have....then hit up the next one!!!you been off a while your strength is gonna go thru the roof...avoid injusry by not doing it all at once
