been off 2 weeks just got NOLVADEX ADVICE?!?!

hey guys i did something dumb, i never calculated the amount of gear i had and ran out before my nolvadex got here. Now i am in dire need to get myself back to normal, i was just running Deca @ 400mg/week for 8 weeks and dbol at 40mg ED. Please give me some advice.

as well does nolvadex give you acne??? im hoping not haha

I realize that, but as you can see i wasnt very good in math, anyway what would one recommend to do??? Not take the nolvadex now or start taking it, its almost been 3 weeks since my last deca injection.....?????

I just recieved it in the mail on friday....since its been 3 weeks what dosages should i take and for how long???
