meh...i'm doing ok...my net was down about 20-grand 2009-to-2010, which sucked but it wasn't a death-blow or anything and, so far, 2011 is going very well...however, i'm working a LOT harder to bring home the jack, than i had to before...welcome to the new world order.

i'm (almost) 47 years old, i have 25 years of experience, i have several professional certifications and a masters degree and, i have to do about 150 hours of continuing education every 3 years in order to maintain my certifications and license...oh and, i work all the DAMN time...i gotta make a few bucks to make all that shit worthwhile, capiche??

what do you do?
Project managing for a commercial contractor. Just not that many companies expanding into new retail/office spaces.....and if they do there are plenty of newer vacant spaces where other companies have went out of business.

Actually in 205-2007 I was making the same amount of money and did NOT have to make house/rent payments since I owned my own.... but I'm doing well thankfully.

last year you were making like 200 a month. It averages out.
