Bed Risers for dorm rooms...

Does anyone know if you can buy these anywhere? I know that they rent them out at major colleges and universities but my school is kinda small so I don't think they do. I want to raise my bed up to optimize the space in my dorm room. If I could see one I could probobly build one, but I have only heard about them from friends.

Anybody have any ideas?

I'll have to check on that one. I went up to orientation and tried to get into the freshman dorms and they weren't open so I wasn't able to see inside the one i'm in. That is a good idea though.

I have to call tomorrow and see if I can get a twin extra long bed because the school is converting to all twin extra longs but they still have some of the regular twins. I'm 6'2" and so my feet hang off pretty good. I wonder if a twin extra long would change the situation?

Funny you mentioned that. I did a research paper on Ed Gein. He was a sick fuck. I scared myself doing all of the research on him. He was the person who the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies were modeled after.

I saw the chain from the girder suggestion the most when I was in school. Make sure it is damn sturdy in case you need to use it as a place to get your action on.
