Thanks Needto.
EVERYONE - I got my blood test back today. Everything was completely HEALTHY! Cholesterol was at great levels which was my main concern and the doc said i was completely healthy. The only worrisome for me are my glucose levels, which was 2points above average and not a concern. This also has NOTHING to do with NTBM products since there was no sugar in anything I took.
I also got my BF and BMI done, 12.6% body fat and 25.6 BMI. I have no idea where I was at before, so that really sucks. Weight has been pretty steady at 156ish in the morning, with highs of 159-160 throughout the day. I have been doing a ton of cardio since I got on PCT, which may contributed to my weight loss, but I'm still at a solid 5-6lbs of solid muscle and also my cardio is back to normal, running 8min/mile casually again.
It's hard to tell how much i've kept as terms of strength. I injured my wrist again so I have been taking my lifting really slow, and currently only lifting low weights at high reps (20-30 reps). My legs however have kept their strength and still gaining more. As far as my upper body and back, i feel like they have had just a SLIGHT loss in size, but I could just be thinking this. I am definitely still a lot bigger than before i took this cycle. My goal right now is to cut up so I have more definition than bulk (beast did it) so we'll see how that goes. My legs and thighs have kept their size.
Still no regrets, and I recommend this to anyone that has been working out for a while, has been stuck and unable to reach goals (even after trying different fitness programs), and looking to break a plateau. I definitely have and I love it! Really, my only regret is that I did not take 3 caps of beast right at week 2, and not focusing on my glamour muscles as much as i wanted to (bicep/tricep/forarms).
Unfortunately though, I really am thinking about doing another cycle for permanent gains in a month or two. I dont want to have to keep doing this to keep my ideal weight (160lbs). What's everyone's suggestions? Should i go with test or stick with a oral cycle? Syringes are going to be pretty difficult to hide from the wife.
