Beast \ Katana stack

Ok this is my log of results from a Beast and Katana stack I am going to do 2 weeks of Katana and 4 weeks of beast and katana.....I am starting off at 5'9 166LBS pics are below.

And you have a great shape. Focus on those delts man and it will make the world of difference for your appearance. Your arms and chest already are looking good and the delts are a little behind them so bring those up. OverHead Press and lateral raises for you!

This is great. I enjoy having logs that have pictures inside them, that way they are not just "words" but solid proof of the gains.

Ok today was offically 1 week on katana......Can't say I feel a true difference yet, but my weight is up to 170lbs......Below is my typical daily diet, I know it's not perfect but it's hard to diet.....updated pics tonight

Meal 1 - Protein shake 34G
Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled bowl of grits
snack - protein bar 26G
Lunch - 2 chicken Breasts on wheat bread w/cheddar cheese letteuce and tomatoes....Crystal LIGHT
Post workout - Protein shake 34 Grams
Dinner - Roast Beef / Mashed Potatoes/ carrots.....Crystal Light light
Snack - 2 TBLS Peanut Butter and apples

The differences will be definitely noticable but subtle with katanadrol. 4 pounds in 1 week is quite a big difference. It just gets better.

Once you add in Beastdrol you will be wondering if you turned into superman or something.


Up the protein.


Take in a bunch of protein right before bed. Cottage cheese, casein protein or meat will do it for ya.

Also, up the PWO protein to 50 grams instead of 34. Do 4 eggs instead of two at breakfast.



Carbs seem alright. You are staying pretty lean as is, so no changes need to be made there unless you want to try and add as much mass as you possibly can. Then I'd bump up the carbs a bit if absolute size is what you are going for.

Clean up that diet a bit....I'd double the protein bro! :evil:
 
Just got my beast in the mail yesterday, so I am going to start taking it today, also I have some liv52 and milk thistle....been on katana for about 2.5 weeks. I am going to take the katana till it runs out and the beast for the remaining time. 1 question when I am taking these should I take them together? both at the same time 3x a day?

Ok so I got some beast and started taking it with katana, but I did not like how I felt after 3 days so I stop taking beast. I am going to just continue on katana, but was wondering since I stop taking beast after 3 days, how long should my cycle of katana be 6 weeks?

take the k-drol 1 cap 3 times a day for 4 weeks.
 
diesel is the shit.... end of story... i gained 4 lbs so far in 2 weeks but the size is amazing shoulders bi's tri's and lats are exploding... legs not so much(hard gainer in legs) my arms grew an inch so far..

speaking of results......Tell me that this can't happen, friday I weighed myself at the gym, 174LBS, today I weigh myself and bam 168 LBS....is the scale broke?


Yeah, that can happen. Water and poop weight can vary greatly.

Body weight is not the end-all determining factor though.



What about in terms of strength and appearance? You posted some pics, hopefully we'll see some updated ones when you finish.

Darn you are probably right, cause I have been on the toliet for the last 2 days! But I will say that my appearance has changed and my strength is definantly up as well. I will post some pics tonight!

Yeah, if you get diarrhea or something your weight will drop a lot quickly.
 
gotta get those pics up tonight......so what is the best way to keep the gains that I got? I am currently running my pct and kepping up with the same workout regiment

Diet, yeah thats probably been the hardest part, I am a clean eater except for breakfast.

well, i find that if you are going to be messy in a diet, breakfast is the meal to do it in..

unless you are eating biscuits from hardee's..

and skip the gravy

If you had used Beastdrol like you planned, you would have gained the size you were looking for.

LOL holy fuck.....nice altho i think it would be redundant if im not mistaken to take deisel and tren along with the katana have to ask needto on this one
 
I just came off of the shredder stack and I must say...I am completely impressed. I only ran it for 3 weeks, however, I made some very impressive gains. The scales only say I gained around 10 LBS, I know that the gains in muscle were much more than that. I lost a good bit of BF and all of my friends have been saying how much bigger and leaner I have gotten. I am now going to start dermatherm target to try to get those last few troublesome spots gone. I would and will do this stack again.
