We all know we can gain 10, 20, even 30 pounds on a cycle. But of coarse, if even 10 pounds was sustainable muscle, we would all be walking around like Flex and Ronnie after 6 cycles. I want your honest opinion. I have done only 4 cycles (all in the past 1 1/4 year), and can honestly say I have gained about 15 pounds of quality muscle. I am happy with that. I also lost about 5 pounds of fat, so my physique has been dramatically overhauled. I figure, if I gain 30 REAL QUALITY pounds in the next 2 years, I will be very happy, but I think it will be more like 20. What have your experiences been? By the way, the guys who are on the juice all the time for a year or two, or bridge without getting clean - what do you think will happen when you clean up (Shrinkville!?)
