The worst part of the whole problem is I was just getting back into a routine after a 5 month layoff from the gym. I was just feeling real good and in one I have to take 2 more off. Persistence that is how we have to do this anyways.

It's really sucks how there are so many dirty scumbags in this world that don't give a shit about themselves or anybody else. Makes me wanna where latex gloves when I work out, so I don't get some nasty disease from some shithead who had his fingers up his buddy's ass, before he worked out.

You never know they might start passing out latex gloves to workout, like condoms for sex.

That’s why I liked my university gym. They wouldn't let anyone in with out a towel, and after using a bench or machine, you would have to spray this disinfecting crap and wipe it down when done. You get two warnings before getting banned for the semester.


I remember this one time they called the police because this one dude refused clean up after using a bench. They gave him two warnings that same day, then a police escort to his car. LOL I guess no one reads the contracts they sign before joining.
