Bcaas vs. weight gainer

Protein shakes and good foot. Weight gainers add lbs. but not always good lbs.
I drink a gallon of water every day. I put one scoop of Xtend BCAA. Gives it flavor. Helps with muscle soreness. This brand taste good and has right ratio

BCAA’s are solid and do have benefits. Weight gainers are a waste, just eat, but they are good for those with small appetites that need the calories.
