Guys, I've seen a bunch of nutrition articles by bodybuilders & trainers saying you should take BCAA's before & after training for maximum results. In fact, Charles Poliquin said he observed one his clients use .17g/kg of lean body mass of BCAA's 1 hour before training and .17g/kg immediately after training. He said this helped the guy gain 16.8lbs of lean body mass in 8 weeks. I guess that's what David Boston must have used too, right???
