God that sounds so familiar!!!
This is exactly what I do, and I have had the same results as SL, in that I have had my greatest gains in the shortest time. I should also state that I am talking about being at a more advanced level and not as a beginner. We all know that a n00b can pack on 20 lbs. in just a few short weeks with pretty much any type of consistent training.
Yeah, but we are only training 3 days (not 7, good god!) a week on a 2 way split, and still hitting each bodypart every 8 days.
It doesn't just sound like a "DC style" training...it is DC Training!![]()
do you get over trained with this regimen? in this type training isn't a bit
of over training desirable? do you incorporate rest - pause, negatives and
forced reps strategically? how long are the sessions?
i think i remember you saying that you are a tall guy (6'2 ?) with a difficult
time putting on mass. ecto? ceo, i am 6'4 and 100% ecto lol. every ounce
of muscle has come with blood sweat and tears lol. i love hearing from
guys with similar builds\challenges. btw how much do you weigh?
