hello I have completed my three years on my contract but now they are taken out only 25.50 a mth and this goes on forever from my checking acct not too sure what to do i have written to balleys in ca, but the letter came back unopened i did get a new address to them and i will try again just wandering if anybody elese has gone though this also thanks

If you have been unsuccessfull with bally's have your bank stop the withdrawal. If your bank says they won't or can't pull your account and go to another bank.

You tell them you have moved. Also close the account. Tell the bank you lost some checks and you want to be safe.

yup, get a note saying you have an injury. on the back of the contract it says if you get hurt etc and cannot use the facilities to their fullest extent you can void the contract. gotta send the letter registered mail or something like that. go the the gym ask for a contract, the procedure is explained on the back...

dude, you get out by getting sued... its that simple...

they tried to sue me for 800 bux and ended up getting 450, despite the fact they offered to settle for 350 the year before!!!

the only 2 ways to get out of their contract is A. a doctors note saying you cannot work out...

B. move out of a 25 mile radius of ALL clubs!!!

they fucked me hard, so hard i bled for weeks... they completely changed their club 2 months after i signed up.. they took out the FREE TANNING, despite my paying 10 bux extra per month FOR TANNING!!!!!!!!!

for a small fee i will fire bomb any ballys you want...

find a lawyer friend or family member. every bastard that gave me a problem dealt with a really nasty bitchy lawyer i know and they hate that shit and will do anything to get rid of you to make them go away.

Doctor's note. Hopefully you have a friend who's an MD. But if you did 3 years you should be done. Did you sign a contract that said 3 years and then the rest of your life? Check your contract and talk to your club manager.
