Baking fina for sterilization (Quick Question)

Can someone tell me the temperature that I need to sterilize my batch of home made fina, and how many times do I need to do so. Also, do I leave a needle in it the entire time or just poke in once in a while to let the air out.

250 degrees, 20min x3, leave the needle in, let your cows grow.

actually I would do this after it is already made. during the mixing process if you have a kit - I put the pellets in the solution, heat a little water in a pan on medium on the stove top and leave it until the pellets are disolved. I would do extral sterilization after everything is completed. Not everyone does it this way.
