Bad to do cardio the day after hard leg training?

lol What I do is no cure. I find myself sore for a good 3 days. Will be "tight" for 5-6.

SQUAT TILL YOU PUKE.
 
Woke up this morning..... took 3 green tea caps.... mixed up some iced coffee with 10 grams of chocolate whey mixed in..... a few no2 caps .... 30 mg winstrol pills.... got on the stairmaster with a little dmx in my ears and ripped it up! Legs sore as fuck but feeling great!
 
I like doing some cardio after a leg day..helps get some blood flowing back into your taxed muscles and loosens everything up.. it's better than babying them and trying to avoid bending at the knees for the next 2 days :)
