Thanks Mike. I'm 5'11" and currently 210. I was 203 at the time of the pic. Pardon the decoration- that's the hotel room in Vegas. My room is much more boring.

You posted this at the same moment as my accidental answer. My place is a mess compared to that. My bed gets made just before I get into it.

I got my first gym membership when I was 19. I've been moderately consistent for 12 years.
