.........Nugga = Nigga in ebonics........yes, it's used as a term of endearment to those you consider your bros, G's and Macks.
You gotta know the people though, don't just start comin' up to people and calling them "nugga" out of the blue.

so is there a difference between being a nugga than being a nigga? if you consider someone to be your G, would that make them more of a nugga, or more of a nigga? what should i start calling my Macks? if i start running around calling black guys nugga, does that make me a wugga, or a wigga?

A "G" is someone who has true playa status......someone who gets more pussy and has more money than you. A "Mack" is synonymous with a "G", although being called a "Mack" is looked upon more favorably, most likely because it is an old school term.
Well since you are white, you're a homey........to other white people you will be seen as a Wigga. If you've got black friends, they may refer to you as their "nugga", all depends on if you are cool with them or not. Who cares, though......it's all about what you like and who you want to hang with.
