I'll give you bad.

My landlord re-nigged on our agreement to let me out of my lease early if I found a suitable replacement for myself (not a sublet a whole new lease).

Her excuse(s):
One he's a man - she tells me she thinks men are filthy, destructive and irresponsible. (I tell her you have not even met him - how can you say such a thing.)

I bluff and say I have a woman replacement as well (just-in-case)

her next excuse:

I only rent from Sept/Oct to Sept/Oct, no one will rent the place starting with the summer months (I live in a resort area that get un-heard-of prices for summer rentals) so they can leave after summer.

But I found someone to replace ME from April to Oct - it's the same thing!

Next excuse:

All of a sudden she wants to only rent it for a long summer season (for $15,000) and it will have to be to woman, single, non-smoking, no pets, no boyfriend, no kids.

I could go on and on but even I can't believe some of the shit that came out of her mouth. She has made it impossible for me to replace myself and when asked what do I have to do to leave by April 9th. She tells me I can't leave until May 15th.

Fuck that.

I'm not gonna fork out another month and a half rent so a might get my security ($2400) back in May.

Bah!

All I have to say is see you in court you fucking greedy bitch.

See, you try and be fair, honest and respectable and you still get screwed.

It was just one of those days where you seem to never be able tos top for one split second. Several little small stupid things went wrong...nothing important at all. Ya know...when you get done with work and you realize that you are sweating, have a stain or three on your shirt, hair is a mess, and your shirt tail is totally untucked. Kinda like you have been through a whirlwind or something...ya know?

Don't feel that bad I bombed my Biochemistry test and my Evolution test right after. Then I proceeded in doing an impossible prelab for two hours and then get my ass kicked in the lab as if shit couldn't get worst I got a few anatomical drawings due tomorrow....
