Alright im fed up with this shit , whats the REAL cure to it - what supplements will get rid of it. My girlfriend is complaining about sleeping next to me with her face towards my back because she thinks theres oil spewing from my pores. lol. Honestly what can I do to get rid of it , i shower 2x and have been off for about 4 weeks now and no improvement and it never fully healed from my first cycle ethier maybe worse. Running nolva for PCT - is accutane my next step guys?

Thanks and merry x-mas to bed I go with a shirt on!

I'd save accutane as a last resort. Here's some things that've helped me in the past:

- strong anti-acne cleanser (something with 2.0 % salicylic acid)
- as you said, multiple showers daily, using the said scrub and exfoiliant, following with an astringent
- regular visits to the tanning salon

No problem and merry xmas to you too. She'll get used to it. My woman actually pops my bacne in the off season when I'm on over a gram of test weekly. It's fucking nasty as hell since it's cystic and pustular, but that's part of the job description (of gf's). Anyway dont sweat it, but yes I would suggest against the accutane. It's phototoxic and about as hepatotoxic as a good dose of winny.

P.S. I'm just finishin up week 1 of tren ace 125 mg/day and I'm gettin some nasty cystic chest acne. I dropped my test all the way down to 600 mg/week and will eventually be droppin down to just 50 mg prop/day. But yeah it's a bitch, but it will go away eventually.

Suggest try loading some Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) - its just a regular B5 vitamin but you need to get it in a bottle by itself - its not enough to have it just be one of the things listed in your multi or a B-complex vitamin. Load a couple grams / day for a few days & see if you see a change. That stuff is amazing for clearing up the deep acne I get from "that time of the month". Its a cheap supplement to try -- you can get it at GNC or any supplement place. Rarely/never see it at a Walgreen's or the supplement section of the grocery store. But even at GNC it runs relatively cheap.

Here's a website that has been mentioned on EF a few times as well -- Vitamin b5-based creams:

http://www.b5supplements.com/

The b5 caps work amazingly for me - I've suffered from facial acne my whole life - not really cystic acne but I'm sure b5 would've worked better than any of the shit I paid $$$ to dermatologists over the years to help w/. I never was prescribed accutane but b5 does wonders for me. - after 'age related hormone changes', I really only experience hormonally-driven acne.

It doesn't hurt to try it ...

Thanks guys for your replies, I will definately try out b5 Sassy. My roomie has Retin-A and ive tried that and it didnt do much for the bacne =/ grrrrrrrrrrr hope santa was good to all yesterday!!
