It was a hummmm-dinger tonight

Barbell Rows Bar and 135 warmup x 16

225x10, 275x8, 295x8, 305x6, 325x4!!!! (The last two were like pulling semi trucks up Mt.Baldi, IN... but they went up)....

Deadlifts Warmup 135x8

225x1,275x1,295x1,315x1,335x1,375x1,405x1,425x1,435x1 (435 is a new PR... I did 425 last week... when I brought it up... my back was flaring out... I could literally feel the wings of my back flaring out... my back must have expanded to accomidate this lift... I know it's not GREAT... but I foresee over 500 by July)

HIGH Face pulls with latpulldown bar
2 sets of 50 reps on a lower weight

Lat Pull downs

3 sets with stack + 45lb plate for 5,4,4

Cable Rows

Two Sets w/ Stack for 6,5

Biceps

Seated Bicep curls Warmup 20x20
40x10, 50x5, 50x5, 55x4

Cross-body Hammer Curls
60x10, 70x5, 70x5

Preacher curls EZ, legs back
135x6, 135x6

Reverse curls... 3 sets @100lbs for around 15

That's a nice pull for deads and congrats on the PR. I'm even more impressed by your 325 rows!!! Something seems kinda weird though. For some reason I just find it odd that you can row soo much and your dead isn't as exceptional. Don't get me wrong that's a solid weight your pulling

Don't find it odd... I haven't done deads for more than 3 months... lol -- just never did them... 3 months ago, I was doing 225 for 1 on deads...

I've been doing rows my whole training life... be it dumbbell or barbell... I've always been able to get around 225-275lbs on it... for 4 or so... so really, it's gone from 275-325 in the past what??? 3 months??? I think the deads have helped to strengthen my rows...

What do the face pulls work? It that like a super-high row or something? The range of motion seems rather small...

Well, my upper back is sore in a way that it is never sore in today... so... it must have worked.. :)

Ah not doing them, that would explain the closeness of the numbers. Like I said before a 400+ deadlift is nothing to snuff at.
