600 Mgs of eq and a higher carb diet is creating some real narly back pumps. Even taurine can't keep them at bay. Are there some other remedies you guys may know ?
Taurine is about the only recommendation I know that works. I would just try and supplement more Taurine and see if that helps. I've had to take 20-30g preworkout at times to keep back pumps down

Damnit, sorry to hear man, I was just considering for my next cycle in a few months 600mg eq and 400 cyp. Main reason is for building endurance/speed/strength. I am upset to hear that this is causing back pumps. I hope you find something to help ease them mate. Be sure to let us know if so.

Maybe cut the dose down some?
never heard of EQ pumps. but that is awesome.. pumps are a good thing, reduce them so you are comfortable but don't drop them too much
I had it happen last time I ran eq while gaining but further into the cycle. This is also a different brand and I can really feel the increased rbc and endurance already only 3 weeks in. I can ride the stationary bike and do sprints for 45 minutes and when I get off my legs are so full of blood that 315 squats feel like air. I do love the pumps it's just the lower back ones that are getting to me. Other than that I feel awesome![]()
As a side note since EQ really increases RBC, makes the blood thicker and increases overall volume do your blood work and your heart a big favor and give blood mid cycle. Preferably do double RBC. Unless your Iron is higher than they like then just give whole blood. Its a really healthy thing to do for your heart while on cycle and almost no one does it.
Ok great guys thank you for the advice! I will set up the appointment ASAP!
I know this should be a no brainer but make sure you LIE about all the obvious things on their questionaire.
Yeh you kinds have to...lol. There are specific questions about needle use and steroid use. Just lie or they wont let you give. There's nothing to worry about, as they won't test your blood for AAS. They only do a 12 test panel for infectious diseases
What else are you running with the EQ bro? How long are you into it again? and how long are you planning on running?
curious because I'm thinking about a 8 week blast, 8 week cruise(with some pct supps also), 10 week blast, full PCT as in my sig
Maybe starting in march. I'm really contemplating EQ but I have never run it.
350 Mgs test cyp and about 400 Mgs mast enanthate, 600 Mgs eq.
But you can tell it's the eq kicking now. I can cardio forever, when I pump weights I get Skin bursting pumps look twice as big after a set but not watery ... Lean. Loving it so far. And I am eating a solid 5000k a day now.
How far along on the EQ are you? Are you noticing the "EQ hunger"?
Week 5. And hunger is drastically up but I would contribute that more to the added workouts and intensity. I've felt the eq hunger before. Last time around week 8 or 9 I would literally eat a loaf of bread in a sitting with pb and jam. It was overpowering to the point that I gained as much fat as I did muscle. This time so far it's just feeling like an increased demand for food and nutrients ..not like savage hunger.
Joints feel good, and the number one thing I notice so far is energy. I work a 12 hr day in the construction oilfield as a superintendent. I am up at 4, do 30 min fasted cardio. Eat a huge breakfast. Then at 530 pm I gym hard as fuck after workin all day,
do another 20 of cardio and then power eat supper. I am never tired, never worn out and this is something I haven't experienced before. Feels good.
Obviously you have a superior quality EQ than you may have run in the past no?
Not necessarily.. But it is a diff source and they are considered a higher end lab but it's all naysay, I am also far more conditioned and knowledgeable than when I last ran it so the effects may be felt sooner this run.
