I'm taking in about a gallon of water a day, plus arounf 20oz of cranberry juice. This is my first cycle ever, I'm eating a low carb, high protein diet, and I haven't touched the booze since new years. I don't know what my kidney's feel like, but this is more of a soreness like after a football game. It only started bothering me tonight on the elliptical machine. Thanks for all the helpful info, I'm a newbie to the juice, but have been lifting since I was 14, and I'm now 28, this site fucking rocks for info, I've learned more in the last week than I would have ever learned on my own.
