Back pain/ blood in urine

Well the title doesnt tell the whole story but there are some really smart guys on here who i hope can help me. I will admit some of the posts i read in here impress me more than I expected...so with that said I need HELP! OK i am 33 this is first cycle :
1-4wk dieslebolan 3cap ed
4-8 10mg anavar 3ed
AI cycle support from supplement kingdom ( for lipids,bp,prostrate)

ok everything was going great....weeks 1-3 made lots of strenght gains...I was 165lbs and 21%body fat....my diet was the ketonic and very strict...by week 4 i was 168lbs and 15% bodyfat...so those are some nice results with the dieselbolan...so on wek 4 i started running the anavar also....here goes the problem...during week 2 my back hurt pretty bad..but BEing new to this i thought i was back pumps....then during week 4 i started hurting even more...i couldnt see the blood in my urine but I am pretty in tune with my body and knew something wasnt right. I went to doc and had a UA ran..came back everthing fine except a "moderate" amount of blood in urine.

I think i just overwhelmed my kidneys with all the gear/supplements/high protien/more cardio than normal. I hate to stop cold turkey...but would rather lose all gains than risk permanate damage to my kidneys. HAs anyone ever heard of anavar hurting the kidneys??? also not trying to violate rules but i am wondering if the gear ( was UG stuff from GP) might not have been contaminated with some heavy metals that could have causd the damage? just kinda bummed out...man i was wanting to get to 10% bf and still maintain the 168lbs for summer...anyone else got any ideas or heard of this?

There is no way to tell, well at this point at least, if the occult blood in your urine is coming from your kidneys. It could be from your bladder or from the urethra. Any damage or illness to any of these area will cause pain in the lower back. Did your doctor give you a blood test that measured wbc ( white blood cell)? Was any of them elevated? If so this could indicate an infection. From what you have written I doubt you have done any harm to your kidney that wasn't already there. You might have a kidney stone but those usually hurt like hell so you would be in the hospital. But some times if the stone is small enough you can pass it without having a great deal of pain. Or the stone is still in the kidney.

Also I got to tell you what you are taking is so light weight it wouldn't harm your kidneys. Orals cause liver damage, not kidney, and then only after a very long time of using them. So the blood in your urine isn't from what you are taking or what you are doing. So keep training and see if your wbc shows any sign of infection.

I have one question....u said something about doing some tests at the doctor, did you have your kidneys checked like in blood work done?

Honestly bro, once you have blood in your urine it is not a good thing...something is shuting down!!
Stoping what you doing would be the smart thing to do right now

At that dosage and for 4 weeks i can't imagine you did any Kidney damage. I'm not ruling it out but you need to have full blood work done to better determine what is going on. I would definitely stop taking anything other than food until further notice.

yeah....i already went to the doctor....i couldnt see the bloodwhen i pissed but they did when they ran test. I just felt like if it was back pain it would have goten better. I had been taking asprine and caffine to help wiht the fat loss and to help give me some energy since i was at like zero carbs during the week. Thanks soo much for the advice soo far...anybody have anymore?....
p.s. i have already stopped everything....not even running a pct as i think my kidneys need a break from everything.

I've had blood in my urine since I was six years old. I've been scoped twice (not fun) and they could never find out why. It's benign hematuria. I would follow up until they could diagnose you. Good luck.

Are you doing heavy squats and or dead lifts.

do a little search on (heavy lifting blood in urin) lot of reading all around.

But a combo of bolan, var, and asprin??? That is a little much.

yeah...going to a specialist next week if thet second UA come back with blood in it.....but her needto..how about in roughly 4 weeks...dropped 6% bodyfat and actually gained 13lbs of lean muscle on your dieslebolan product....so must be some good stuff...cause the var never had time to kick in...and thanks southlord for your concern and maybe it is just something non serious...would be nice.

not good. you need to have this checked for cause in the very near future. both are early symptoms of renal failure and once it goes, it goes very fast.

Me thinks this is NOT a good idea. Run Sustain in the very least...

Good luck bro. Keep us posted!

well ever since i have been on this board Needtoo has been right so if he says i will be ok i feel better......but no offense still going to make appointment with a specialist. Have feeling the very strict way high protien diet combined with everything else might have produced a small kidney stone....man that last 4 weeks worth of var is calling my name.....lol

Just an update....have appoitment with specialist on tuesday...but today is friday and i havent had to take anything at all for pain today...and stood on my feet all day...so thats a great sign...
tim i appreciate your concern and your right ..bad thing happen when you ignor what your body is telling you....i am going to doc to get to bottom of all of it.
needtoo..man what else to say but your a great bro and glad your on this site...
UNCLE>>>>>you my boy....thanks for the detailed pm..i will send you the info you requested on the details of my situation sometime this weekend.....Everyone have a great weekend

Always keep my head up....and thanks....everyday is a gift and if it all ended tomorrow i have been blessed and look to the future with no fear.....

i just had a friend who nearly died of renal failure. he ignored the early signs too.

I would never tell some one not to go to the docs. Of course he should keep looking into it. Its the only smart thing to do. But I am just saying I think he is fine.

Yes please do bro. Always see a doc. Always always go get checked no matter what anyone says.

This sounds eerily similar to the problems I am having and posted a thread on. You have to look at your liver, not just your kidneys. Excess bilirubin (waste product from red blood cells), due to impaired liver function, will bind to plasma protein and be excreted in the urine. I know first-hand how scary this can be. I hope all goes well bro.

They would have checked his liver with a basic blood work-up. If they checked RBC and WBC then his liver would have been checked, it's a package deal that the labs do.

Hey centurion...i read your thread when you first posted it....how you been bro??? hope all is working out. I am going to a specialist on tuesday and will get the works done to ty and get to the bottom on it all...

I feel much better today beginning to think the light blood in urine was from the asprine/heavy training/supplements/heavy protien diet combo....lol ( remember i couldnt see it..only trace amounts the machine caught it) still going to doc on tuesday but i feel much better. Think my back was just out of wack and the muscles were pulling it even harder. I have muscles in my back popping out that i never new i had....new muscle growth everyday. So kinda think all is ok.

Im glad that you feel better bro, it could've been a combination of all the stuff you were doing but if that's the case I would be very careful doing orals and heavy protein only dieting....have you been drinking enough water and stayed hydrated?

Not one person on this board, moderator or owner or operator will give you more trustworthy advice about BLOOD IN YOUR URINE than a doctor...one of those guy who had went to school for 8 years and then an additional 4-8 years as a residency student for their specialty.

Yeah there's some brilliant guys on here, but theres also guys on here who never touched aas and really just throw around a bunch of qoutes and info they've gathered..

So, stop running whatever your running. Maybe nursing school just scared the balls off of me, but I remember in a&p being told visible blood is damage to your lower tract like your bladder, urethra etc. Microscopic amounts is usually from the kidneys.

But it can be your gear, if it hurts it can be kidney stones, your kidneys could be inflamed.
You could do it from the gym too...I've had friends pull smooth muscles in their bladder, one guy who came into the ER even jarred his bladder from running hurdles and was pissing blood...

Too many reasons that might not even pertain to your gear...stop running itttt

Well too many times you see people on here scared and asking for advice.....then after you take time to offer your 2 cents they never come back to give you and update. here is my update.....I WILL LIVE!!!!!!!!! ha ha...seriouslly no more microscopic blood....all tests came back fine and in normal ranges....the doc feels it was the more than usual cardio/high protien that inflammed the outer wall of my kidneys thus createing the pain and the blood. Thanks again for all the advice and concern.....there is more than one reason we call each other Bros!

yep i felt better but was nice to see the computer print out with all levels fine and the doc saying i was good to go....now just go work some overtime to pay for the tests and doc visit..lol

Good to see you are feeling better man. Learn from this though....you and I have already talked about it. now you know where your kidneys are and what blood in your urine looks like - at the first sign get it checked. (not saying that stuff to patronize you - I didn't know either of those things till it happened to me lol)

First of all, oral steroids affect BOTH your liver AND your kidneys despite what others may have said in this thread!! It sounds like your problem is a pre-existing health condition which surfaced as a result of a very low dose of anabolics. It would be wise not to take steroids if this problem persists!

LOL this is a old thread but um, doing research to see if anyone has suffered renal failure on here, or had a high count of blood and protein and all kinds of junk in their blood. I got this thread. My kidneys are at 50% and well, we literally watched it (me and docs) rise by taking blood tests about every 4 days. I will get copies and post up when i get some monies to join. Next is celluitis (sp?).
