Not too much varied with the weights I did this week on my Back workout... but I felt ALOT MORE solid doing them, and believe I will move up next week on just about everything.

Barbell Rows Warmup Bar, 135x12

225x10, 265x10, 295x5, 315x4 (Got 3 last week I think) -- these felt SUPER solid... went up nicely.

Deadlifts Warmup 135x10
225x1,265x1,295x1,315x1,345x1,365x1,395x1 (didn't attempt 405)

LatPulldowns 3 sets, stack, stack+45x2
Cable Rows 2 sets stack
-------
Biceps

Dumbell curls 5x5 50lbs
Cross Body Hammers 60lbs x20
hanging concentration curls 40lbsx15 DB
Reverse Curls 100lbs x 10 for 2 sets

Looks good man...

Ever think of trying some face pulls?

good numbers, man you just keep going higher on reps or numbres with your rows. You'll get the deadlift no prob next week

These are face pulls with a band. You can do them with a lat pull down machine too. Get a triceps strap and try to pull it apart as you pull towards your face

I do mine standing (can't sit down on my pull down attachment) and I have found that everyone has a different spot on their head that when they pull to it...they feel it in the 'right' place.

Do a light weight...say 25-50 reps...and pull to your throat, chin, nose, eyes, and forehead...maybe even higher. You will find the spot that hits your upper back, neck, and rear delts. I sometimes do sets of 50, mostly 25...and been adding in some sets of 15 with 15-30 sec rest between sets (usually 2-4 sets).

Another vote for face pulls. I LOVE THEM. I do them weekly, 2 sets of 8-10. I sit on the floor in front of a pulley set about a foot off the floor. I use the rope attachment, and pull toward my chin/neck (easiest on my elbows, that way, too). I'm really feeling stronger in my rear delts and upper back.

How big? Like biceps flexed or cold or something?

Standard measurement would be cold... that's how I usually measure them

SOLID is the right word man. Feels great when you find you don't have to struggle that much with the weights and can concentrate more on form and getting the burn.

Good work!

That's pretty good I guess??? :) Heh... Arms are over-rated in my opnion... of course, I can say that because mine are a paultry 17-17.5" ... :)

let me just say the only reason i hae any quads at all is because theses legs had to carry around my lard ass for years before i started training.

Now... you are talking about your ass???? :) Hey, I guess compared to others I don't have quads... but with these wheels I ran a 4.5 40m and jumped 7' in high jump... so they can't be all that bad. :)
